Our Team
Master electrician Bruce McMillan has over 30 years’ experience in the electrical services industry. Bruce is a specialist in industrial and commercial electrical services, maintenance and installation.
Bruce used his understanding of these specific business environments, as well as a long-held reputation for quality service, to launch the MCM in 2000.
The team at MCM are committed to the highest safety and compliance standards, with a reputation for efficiency and outstanding customer service.
With MCM’s high standard of workmanship, all electrical personnel must hold the relevant electrical qualifications as required under Queensland Electrical Licensing. All work is performed to the latest AS/NZS Standards.

Test & Tag
MCM Electrical offer test and tag services to a variety of work places, from construction sites, offices and factories. We can offer single and three phase testing of electrical appliances. These can range from everyday office kitchen appliances, computer leads, power boxes to held hand tools and portable machinery and conveyors. These tests are carried out in accordance with AS/NZS 3760.
Exit & Emergency Lighting
MCM offer a range of services for exit and emergency lighting to ensure staff are able to make their way out of a building in an emergency.
MCM can carry out the design and installation of new exit and emergency lights, repairs or replacement of faulty units and carry out testing, which is a mandatory requirement.
RCD Testing
MCM offer fixed and portable RCD (commonly known as safety switch) testing. As a safety device regular testing must be carried out to ensure the RCD operates within the current and time requirements as in accordance with AS/NZS 3760.
